Founded in 2018, Xpredict Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Xpredictlabs) is an innovation-driven company focused on wastewater treatment, industrial automation, and environmental data analytics. Our goal is to deliver sustainable, frugal, indigenous, and scalable technologies that improve water security and reduce environmental pollution.
The Indian Government acknowledged Xpredict with grants from BIRAC, Amrut 2.0, and technological certification from the Pollution Control Board (Karnataka).

Xpredictlabs won the NBEC (National Bio Entrepreneurship Competition) 2024 and the DST NIDHI 2025 Accelerator Program, recognized for the innovation and impact potential of their solutions in the water and wastewater sector. The company has also participated in and benefited from multiple accelerator and startup development programs like DST NIDHI, Go Massive, and UNEP. Additionally, the company has been selected among the top 10 finalists in several competitive national and international challenges, including Mompreneurs, GAMRIF (Global AMR Innovation Fund), and Social Alpha – Namma Bengaluru Challenge.
Xpredict Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Ms. Kirti Bardiya and Mr. Gajanana B. Hegde, both alumni of Cranfield University, UK, with over 15 years of experience each in technology aspects of water, wastewater, and industrial product development. The company has a 20-member cross-functional team organized into R&D, digital systems, manufacturing, assembly, and services, supported by experienced advisors with over 40 years of industry exposure.
