Saffau is a technology-driven agri-startup revolutionizing saffron cultivation in India. By utilizing controlled-environment grow kits and automation-enabled monitoring, Saffau empowers farmers, FPOs, and rural communities to produce premium, traceable saffron year-round. Its mission is to make high-quality saffron accessible, profitable, and globally competitive, helping India lead in sustainable, high-value spice production.
