Aignosis develops AI‑powered tools that enable early screening of autism and neurodevelopmental disorders using a simple webcam. Our technology identifies subtle gaze biomarkers in minutes, helping pediatricians, clinics, and governments detect developmental delays early and connect families to timely interventions.
Aignosis has raised a ~$500K pre-seed round led by Antler, with participation from Nikhil Kamath, Varun Dua, Amit Jain, Rajneesh Bhandari, and Rohan Ranawat, with key investors including Antler and IIMA Ventures. The startup has also secured ~₹87 lakh in grant funding through programs such as MeitY TIDE 2.0, MeitY SAMRIDH, Startup India Seed Fund, HDFC Parivartan, Schaeffler India Social Innovator Fellowship, and Mphasis Foundation, and was recognized among the Top 20 AI-first startups in the Google for Startups Accelerator 2025.
Patent filed in India for AI‑driven early screening technology for developmental disorders using behavioral and eye‑tracking biomarkers through standard webcams and computer hardware. In addition, Aignosis has built a proprietary dataset and AI models from scratch, forming the core intellectual property behind the platform.
The startup was selected among the Top 20 startups in the Google for Startups Accelerator India 2025 (from 1,700+ applicants) and received the HDFC Parivartan Social Impact Grant (₹20 lakh) presented by Union Minister Piyush Goyal at Startup Mahakumbh 2025. It also secured the MeitY TIDE 2.0 Grant (IIM Ahmedabad CIIE), was featured in the WTFund portfolio and WTF Podcast with Nikhil Kamath, won at the Rajasthan Startup Summit 2026, and was runner-up at the Grand Health Innovation Challenge 4.0 (IIHMR & Govt. of Rajasthan), while also being Top 10 selected for the BFI-VK Connect program supporting entry into the European healthcare market. 🚀
