Aignosis is a made-in-India AI medical-screening tool designed for early and simple identification of developmental delays. It addresses the need for timely developmental care for millions of children born annually. The long-term mission of Aignosis is to build a fully vertically integrated developmental-care system—screening, diagnosis, and intervention—to ensure every child receives support when it is most crucial.
Aignosis is backed by global and Indian investors and has secured multiple national grants. Publicly known supporters include Antler, Nikhil Kamath's WtFund, and Shark Tank India investors Amit Jain (CarDekho Group) and Varun Dua (Acko Insurance). The company has also received significant non-dilutive support through the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), MeitY TIDE 2.0 Grant, Mphasis Innovation in Assistive Tech Grant, HDFC Parivartan Grant, and Schaeffler Social Impact Grant.
Aignosis has filed multiple patents in the broad areas of AI-driven behavioral analysis, computer-vision-based developmental screening, and audiovisual stimulus design for neurodevelopmental assessment. We also hold copyrights over our proprietary audiovisual prompts and protected datasets used in early developmental screening.
Selected for a pilot project with the Rajasthan government to scale our early developmental screening solution across the state. Recognized by Google for Startups Accelerator as one of India's top 20 AI-first startups (2025). Awarded as a top social startup at Startup Mahakumbh by Hon. Minister Shri Piyush Goyal.
