We are a computational and synthetic biology group focused on decoding and redesigning complex enzymes such as polyketide synthases. By combining enzyme modeling, pathway engineering, and microbial strain development, we create efficient biological systems to produce high‑value fine biochemicals sustainably and at scale.

Holds multiple IP filings including Indian Patent Application No. 202211061834, U.S. National Phase Patent Application No. 19/125,585, and Indian Provisional Patent Application No. 202511058591. The work is further supported by published research on novel bioproduction pathways for delta lactone aroma compounds in Metabolic Engineering (2026).
