Hythane Technologies is a deep-tech Indian startup building fully indigenous, industrial-grade gas sensors and detectors. We design and manufacture hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, methane, and oxygen sensing systems in-house, enabling safer critical infrastructure with scalable, cost-effective, Made-in-India technology validated through real-world deployments.

1. IDF prepared and in process of filing patent on process of manufacturing Metal Oxide Based Hydrogen Gas Sensors. 2. Strategic internal trade secrets on gas sensor calibration protocols, testing methodology, automated QA/ QC protocols for gas detector acceptance and rejection.
Successfully completed one year of field deployment and testing of hydrogen sulphide gas sensors at Heavy Water Plants in Kota and Manuguru, validated by DAE. Subsequently secured an open tender to supply hydrogen sulphide gas detectors to a DAE unit, competing against global industry leaders.
Hythane’s 8-member team blends deep scientific expertise with industry experience, led by a CEO with 35+ years in oil, gas, and petrochemicals. Product development and manufacturing are driven by IIT-trained engineers, supported by specialists in thin-film engineering, electrochemical sensor development, and electronics design. With strong QA/QC, testing, and plant operations expertise, the team is focused on pioneering indigenous gas sensor technologies from India for global markets.
