The startup "Green O Pack" manufactures water-based ink and binders.
The technology relates to the water-based ink formulation for rotogravure printing, especially for BOPP and PET substrates. We are currently addressing the remaining issues that affect the required ink properties during printing. This developed water-based ink offers a maximum reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and carbon footprint, providing an eco-friendly and cost-effective system.

Two patents are related to water-based ink for printing and packaging applications. The developed product is commercialized by an ink manufacturing industry, and both patents are currently under manufacturing in the industry.
