Medprime Technologies develops digital microscopy and whole-slide scanning solutions for healthcare and medical research. Micalys combines manual microscopy, telepathology, and automated whole-slide imaging in a compact, affordable device. It enables remote consultation, faster diagnosis, high-fidelity imaging, and traceable digital archives, improving access to quality diagnostics across laboratories, hospitals, and research centers.

A design patent for Micalys has been filed. The application has been submitted, and the patent is in process.
Medprime was the winner of the CII Entrepreneur Award in the Women-Led Innovation Category in 2024. The company has also won the Mumbai Entrepreneur Award (2022), the Digital Trailblazer Award NASSCOM (2022), and received an honorary mention in the ZS Prize (2021). Medprime also won the Maharashtra Startup Week, the first prize at the Magnetic Maharashtra Startup Awards 2018 (organized by MIDC and CII), the Economic Times Power of Ideas (2016), and the Starthealth Competition (2016) by Unitus Seed Fund. The company was also the first runner-up in the Excellence Leap Innovation Award (2015) and Eureka 2015 (Business Track, organized by E-Cell, IIT Bombay), and the winner of Tata First Dot (2015) organized by National Entrepreneurship Network.
